Service, Testing, & Certifications

Commercial and Industrial buildings require very specific maintenance and service and is often dictated by code, local judications, and insurance companies. We are happy to provide whatever level of maintenance and service that you require for your project. Residential projects aren’t always required by local judications, however, they are required to do. Often this can be coordinated in conjunction with the backflow testing that will almost always be required. We suggest giving us as much lead time as possible. Scheduling, performing, and submitting paperwork all take time, and letting us know as soon as you know will help save you from hostile letters from local authorities.

Repairs & Maintenance

We are a full service fire sprinkler company and can do repairs on all systems, be they industrial, residential, or commercial. We do NOT have 24 hour service. If your system is frozen or in need of emergency service we suggest turning the water off, and waiting until normal working hours. When it comes to repairs, we would like as much information as possible if we did not install the job. If we did install the job, we’d like as many pictures or videos you can provide. You can text or email those pictures to us, but it is almost always better to call first. Completing the “Request Service” form will go a long ways to help us coordinate, and we will contact you after submitting this form, but an initial call is still the best option.
